We are all looking forward to another great winter! If the predictions are correct, we could be in for a record setting season snowfall due to a warm summer and an unusually warm Lake Superior......Nothing beats a powder day on Blunder!

New Year's Eve Torchlight Parade and Fireworks show and New Year's Eve Party! Give the old year a proper send-off! We'll get things started with the Torchlight parade on Ricochet at 8 pm. Then, we'll unleash the pyrotechnic wizards from Spielbauer Fireworks who have provided us with spectacular shows for many years. After that, you'll be ready to bring in the New Year in style. All of the establishments throughout the village will be doing their best to help make your New Year a memorable one.

Race Around the Mountain - Practice

Race around the Mountain - Race - Enter the entire race series (min. 4 races) to qualify for the GRAND PRIZE DRAWING OF A PAIR OF SKIS. Weekly prize drawings and video playback at the Caribou Lodge. Scoring based on age of groups for children and ability of groups for adults. Best of two runs. $14 lift ticket and just $7 to enter a single race. $35 for the entire series.

The 3rd Annual Ski for a Cure Weekend kicks off with the Louis Gheller Classic - Race under the lights on Ricochet! Race starts at 7:15 pm. $15 entry fee.  Prize drawings.  $5 of every race entry fee is donated to your choice of the American Cancer Society or the Cole’s Foundation for Pediatric Cancer. Help us kick off the 3rd Annual Ski for the Cure Weekend!

3rd Annual Ski for the Cure Weekend - Proceeds from every lift ticket will go to a local cancer charity of your choice (the American Cancer Society or the Cole’s Foundation for Pediatric Cancer).  Enter fun events and have a great time while raising money to battle cancer. Lots of prizes!
