Here are a few tips that may help you spend less time in rental lines during your next stay with us:
- We see a lot of people who go through the rental process each day that they ski. There is no need for that! Whether you rent your equipment from us or another shop, rent for the entire time you intend to ski. We don't mind if our skis are used at another resort, we just want them returned at the end of your stay. Not only will you get a lower price per day of rental, you won't have to stand in line so many times.
- We offer complementary lockers that may be checked out for the duration of your stay with us. Each of the lockers can hold the skis, boot and poles for several people. They are located right next to our Rental shop and can be checked-out at the information desk in the ticket office. They are available on a first-come first-served basis.
- Our Ski Rental is open from 8:00am until all the returns are put away for the day which can be as early as 4:30pm or as late as 5:00pm. The times that you are most likely to encounter a line is usually between 8:45am and 10:30am on a weekend. If you want to get through as fast as possible, try getting in right after they open or, if you get in early enough, stop in the night before you are going to start skiing. Just check with the information desk and they will let you know if they are still open.
- Our Ski Rental Shop also handles repairs, binding mounts, and tune-ups. The only requirement is that the equipment to be worked on must still be listed on the manufacturers indemnification list or we won't be able to do anything with it. This means that the manufacturer (and the courts) still consider the equipment to be functional.
