We work hard to minimize lines or, at the very least, to keep them moving quickly. Here are a couple tips to help ease the decision making and some things you can do to help us help you as quickly as possible:
- We have tried to structure our ticket rates for simplicity. Having too many options can lead to confusion at the ticket counter. If you're sure that you will be skiing with us for a certain number of days, a multi-day ticket always gives you the best rate per day.
Try to know how many tickets you are getting and what age groups they are for (Adults=18 thru 64; Juniors=10 thru 17; Children=7 thru 9; Seniors=65 & up). You would be amazed at how many parents (usually dads) get a blank look when you ask them what age category their kids are in.
- Try to have your method of payment ready when you get to the counter. We don't want to sound like we're just after the money but you would be surprised at how many people have to start digging through layers of ski clothes to find their cash or credit card. It can turn into quite a show!
- Remember, a Lift and Lodging Package can offer you the lowest combined rate on your accommodations and skiing.
- If you have discount coupons with you, please fill them out before you get to the ticket counter. Hint: if there are spaces on the coupon with headings like NAME and ADDRESS, they need to be filled in. We are happy to apply a valid discount but part of the bargain is that you supply us with some information. We in turn promise to keep your information confidential.
- Another word on coupons - please show them to the ticket seller at the start of the transaction. That will enable them to quickly and efficiently issue you the correct ticket at the correct price. If you remember the coupon after the tickets have started printing, then the transaction must be fully reversed and the whole process starts from scratch. Remember, it gets warm in the ticket office when you're bundled up so please have coupons handy so we can get you on the slopes as quickly as possible.
